All servicesWe work under contract with the bank. When a client pledges a grain or oilseed stock for a loan, the bank calls us to verify every month that the goods exist, in the quantity and condition declared. We measure, reconcile with the warehouse records and report.
What it covers

How it goes

What you receive
The stock verification report: quantity found, difference against the records, condition of the goods, photographs. It goes to the bank and to the borrower.

The bank, under the contract we have with it. The client knows about the visit and gives us access to the warehouse.
How often is the stock checked?
Monthly, as a rule. The bank can ask for additional checks, especially when the stock goes down.
